DESCRIPTION:If you are after some relaxation\, a good stretch\, and some mindfulness\, why not give Yoga a go? \nNeighbour and Yoga teacher\, Liana\, runs free\, hour long classes each Saturday at 8am. Meeting indoors at QT during the cooler weather\, and outdoors at Company Square Reserve during the warmer months. \nA group of Yogi’s then head to The Pear for coffee & brekky after class. DESCRIPTION:A group of avid readers meet fortnightly\, over a cuppa\, to discuss the ‘book of the month’! They meet twice per book\, alternating between Fridays and Saturdays and a new book is selected each month. If you love reading and socialising\, give the group a go! \nOur lovely Book Club coordinator Liz picks up the new book sets from the library every month and distributes them amongst the book clubbers. \nIf you would like to join Book Club\, please register your interest by emailing hello@neighbourhoodnode.com.au \n\nThis club meets on the traditional lands of the Kaurna people.
