No registrations are necessary\, you can just rock up on the day! \nTai chi techniques aim to address the body and mind as an interconnected system\, with relaxation and well-being benefits. \nBeginners are always welcome. No registrations are necessary\, you can just rock up on the day! \nTai chi techniques aim to address the body and mind as an interconnected system\, with relaxation and well-being benefits. \nBeginners are always welcome.
