This session will entail about 30 minutes of active listening to help you reflect on an issue and move to a resolution. Eimear’s only job in this session is to make you feel heard. \nPlease note that whilst Eimear has a background in Mental Health Nursing\, this is not a counselling session. \nSessions can be booked in anytime between 9am and 12pm on Thursdays. \n[There will be no sessions between September 14 and October 12. No registrations are necessary\, you can just rock up on the day! \nTai chi techniques aim to address the body and mind as an interconnected system\, with relaxation and well-being benefits. \nBeginners are always welcome.
