DESCRIPTION:Join us on Monday afternoons for board games\, chess and cards! You are also very welcome to just drop in for a coffee and a chat. \nBoard Games in the Bistro is a great way to brighten up your Monday afternoon and meet new people. DESCRIPTION:The Port Adelaide Bowling Club was established in 1903\, making them the second oldest bowls club in Adelaide. They practice social bowls every Tuesday and Thursday at 3:30pm\, and hold Thursday night teas fortnight at 5:30pm (for 6:00pm) followed by more bowling. Everyone is welcome to come and join bowling anytime\, just wear flat shoes or bare feet. \nThe club is self-supporting and totally run by volunteers. DESCRIPTION:A group of avid readers meet fortnightly\, over a cuppa\, to discuss the ‘book of the month’! They meet twice per book\, alternating between Fridays and Saturdays and a new book is selected each month. If you love reading and socialising\, give the group a go! \nOur lovely Book Club coordinator Liz picks up the new book sets from the library every month and distributes them amongst the book clubbers. \nIf you would like to join Book Club\, please register your interest by emailing hello@neighbourhoodnode.com.au \n\nThis activity is made possible with the generous support of our partner ECH Inc. and the Australian Government Department of Social Services. \nThis club meets on the traditional lands of the Kaurna people.
