Soup Night

Welcome to Soup Night

Do you love where you live and want to see our neighbourhood thrive? Are you someone who gets excited about connecting with others and turning great ideas into action? Then Soup Night is for you!

This is not your average dinner—it’s a gathering of neighbours who care about our community and want to make it even better. Over homemade soup and freshly baked bread, we’ll share stories, ideas, and possibilities for how we can come together to create something special.

What to expect

At Soup Night, you get to meet others who are just as passionate about our neighbourhood, discover ideas and skills shared by neighbours (or share your own!) and have conversations that might spark a new project, friendship, or both!

At Soup Night you will find:
📌 A cosy, welcoming space where you can connect over a warm meal.
📌 Tables of eight for meaningful conversations and idea-sharing.
📌 A chance to switch tables, mingle, and make even more connections.
📌 Your ideas and skills captured on cards displayed for others to see—on the night and at future Soup Nights.

Soup Night: Cooking up ideas, Tasting what’s possible

When is Soup Night?

Soup Night takes place bi-monthly, so every other month. This is to ensure that we keep the ideas flowing, and to enable as many neighbours as possible to connect and get inspired!

You can find the upcoming Soup Nights in our calendar to the right.

I have an idea, now what?

If Soup Night inspires you to bring your idea to life, and if you would like to involve other people from our community in doing that, we have a team of local ‘Project Guides’ who can support you to kickstart your project idea. These Project Guides will walk alongside you to bring a team together, to create and execute a plan, and to celebrate your successes and learnings.

To register your interest in working with a Project Guide on making your idea a reality or to find out more about how this would work, talk to the Soup Night organising team or click on the link below.
