Creative Paper Hats Workshop

Who would have known paper hats could be so fashionable!
Join volunteer Wayne for some fancy paper hat making! The more elaborate hat, the better 
Don’t worry, they won’t be as complicated as the hats in the picture.
Suitable for adults, but children also welcome to join.
