What started off as a conversation about how we can show up differently as neighbours when community members are going through a hard time related to illness, dying and death turned into a heartwarming commitment to building our collective skills for neighbourliness and supporting each other daily!

Community Compassionate Care will start by organising something for Neighbour Day 2026 - the last Sunday of March - that is about connecting, helping each other out, and starting to strengthen the foundations for a caring, supportive neighbourhood.
