After the local art show, the team participated in a facilitated debrief to gather their reflections, experiences and learnings for future projects. This was an exercise to gather the team's personal experiences and learnings as much as it was an opportunity to learn about what is important when working on projects together.

Within days after the Spark Session, the Local Art Show project team consisting of Leanne, Mia, Chloe and Louise met up at The Pear for their first planning session.

On the first of October, 2024 a group of neighbours came together to imagine and explore the idea of a local art exhibition. Through lots of brainstorming and looking at big and small ideas, the group landed on an endeavour to organise a local art show to accompany the upcoming Neighbourhood Soup Night on November 4th, 2024. With little over a month to plan and make it happen, four Spark Session participants formed a project team and set out to get things started!
