Euchre is a trick-taking card game typically played by four people in two partnerships, using a short deck of 24-32 cards. Players aim to win a majority of tricks (usually three out of five) in a round after a trump suit is determined, which features the unique ranking of two “bowers” (the jacks of the trump and same-colored suit). The game involves strategic play, bidding for the trump suit, and scoring points for trick victories.
