Neighbour and Yoga teacher, Liana, runs free, hour long classes each Saturday at 8am. Meeting indoors at QT during the cooler weather, and outdoors at Company Square Reserve during the warmer months.
A group of Yogi’s then head to The Pear for coffee & brekky after class. The perfect way to start the weekend!
