Neighbour and volunteer Tai Chi teacher, Carol, runs free weekly Tai Chi classes outside under the veranda at The Pear.
The class kicks off for an hour at 10am each Friday morning. No registrations are necessary, you can just rock up on the day!
Tai chi techniques aim to address the body and mind as an interconnected system, with relaxation and well-being benefits.
Beginners are always welcome. Tai Chi is suitable for people of varying levels of mobility and can be done seated.
